How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Standard, but very usable gum guard
these maybe cheap, but for our lads whom compete at all levels of Boxing and Muay Thai they have proven to be an excellent gum guard for the price, once molded properly they stay in place throughout some of the longest bouts and sparing sessions, protecting the teeth and gums, happy smiles all around
