How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

This lightweight Uniform suits well for basic training, Kata, and Kumite. Due to its light but strong fabric, I prefer to use this as my Kumite Uniform. After training for 2 hours I'm still comfortable wearing this Uniform and it's easy to perform every technique. I'm very satisfied :)
