How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

I now have 3 of these and have to buy the largest as the top half of my body is a 16 and although the biggest size is a 14 this suits me just fine as it's a nice tight fit and stops my chest guard from moving about too much. I also wear a sports bra under this for extra comfort. This another product I wouldn't be without and I recommend you buy the next size down to your actual size.
