How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

good beginners glove
having just started kickboxing 3 months ago l bought these ,they were a little stiff to start with but now broken in they feel really comfortable and offer good wrist support and padding. couldn't ask for more for a budget beginners glove.
