Your essential piece of dojo or gym equipment! A combination of 4 adjustable flexible paddles, that will test your speed and co-ordination to the max! Its central pole can easily be adjusted to ensure most heights are catered for as all paddles can be manoeuvred. Each paddle is covered and can also be adjusted in different directions. Each paddle is numbered from 1 to 7. The base can be filled with water or sand (not both mixed together) which ensures stability of the product. Comes complete with wrench, allen key and with instructions. 170cm in height. Each paddle is 52cm in length.

Great for accuracy and technique work. Sturdy. Targets can be set at 90 and 180 degrees, could be more flexible on this respect, but a great bit of kit at this price.
As a martial arts chief instructor I found this product very usable .
Like I said, great for accuracy - kicks and combinations, you can move the paddles to where you need them and it's surprisingly robust.
But it's very fiddly to change the position of the paddles during training and you really have to prise apart the bracket mechanisms - not brilliant when you're getting towards the end of your session and you're feeling a bit shakey!
Still, for what it costs, it's a great piece of kit!
