How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

These shin instep are made from durable, elasticated bandgae type material. Used for Shin & Instep protection.
A 12mm thick EVA foam padding over problem areas reduces the risk of bruising.
XS = Shin 23cm - With instep 34cm
S = Shin 24cm - With instep 37cm
M = Shin 25cm - With instep 40cm
L = Shin 27cm - With instep 43cm
