How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

GLOVES = Open palm with covered fingers and thumb for safe sparring.
Soft PU - fits comfortably, easily makes fist or open hand for blocking. FX Moulding for punching - very safe and large thick wrist strap with velco secures the whole glove safely.
Same design as the adidas and Top Ten range at a better price. Sizes Xsmall, Small, Medium or Large.
BOOTS = Fantastic Sparring Boots from Spirit Sports. lightweight PU with figure of 8 strap and toe loops for better more secure fit!

Sizes = Xsmall 13-1, Small 5-6, Medium 7-8, Large 8.5-9, XLarge 10-11.
Shins = PU for better safrer protection. Black leather look PU, two velcro straps keep the guard in place for safe secure sparring.
