Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

The Top Ten WAKO Shin Guards have been made according to the latest competition rules of the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations. Shin guards are an essential item for kickboxing, the tibia is a sensitive part of the body with no natural protection. Due to the shape and the inner EVA material of the Top Ten WAKO shin guard, the impact energy is spread across the surface and not taken directly on the tibia. The outer material is Rexion Maya, it is suitable for sensitive skin and will minimise the chance of skin irritation.
