    This guard is nice and light to wear and helps a lot to reduce impact. I am a size 8 lady and went for the small size. Padded part fits well on torso but straps quite loose at back- easily fixed with a small sewing job. Wore in competition this week and stayed snugly in place. p.s. excellent service as always from Martial Art Shops- thank you.
