How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Made in the BGVL4 model style, the improved version of the classic BGVL3 with the same great shape and fit but with a redefined padding on the back of the glove. The result is a streamlined glove that performs better during clinching, has less excess bulk but with the same level of protection that has made Twins gloves a staple of the boxing and Muaythai worlds for over 30 years.
With a durable velcro strap and attached contoured thumb these gloves are designed for maximum hand and wrist protection during training sessions. Twins BGVL4 are a great all-round use glove ideal for use on pads and bags (10-12oz) and for sparring (14-16oz).
