How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

The Blitz Dipped Foam Sparring Set brings together Blitz's best-selling dipped foam head guard, gloves, shin guards and kick boots in one matching colour. Made from soft EVA foam, dipped in PVC resin and vacuum moulded, every piece is light, shock absorbing and easy to wipe clean. Ideal for karate, kickboxing, taekwondo and semi-contact sparring, for clubs, competitions and home training.

What's in the set

How to order
Choose your colour (Black, Red or Blue), then pick the right size for each piece – perfect if your head, hand and foot sizes don't all match. All pieces are CE approved.

Head guard: measure around the widest part of the head, just above the ears. Gloves: measure across the knuckles on the palm side. Shin guards: measure from the bottom of the knee to the top of the ankle.
