    Most Agility sets are quite cheap and flimsy however I was really surprised by the quality and attention to detail included with this set.
    There is a sizeable and sturdy bag to go along with it (not shown in picture)and the ladders also come with a clip that keep them nice and tidy. The speed harness is also well crafted with padded shoulder straps to stop them cutting in at the shoulders.

    All in all I am very impressed with this set and highly recommend to anybody who is looking to develop their plyometric skills and increase speed and reactions.
