How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

The Top Ten Open Hand ITF Glove is an ITF approved glove series. Made with preformed PPS foam pad, which has very high damping properties. As expected with any Top Ten product safety is paramount. The Top Ten Open Hand ITF glove has an extra-long stem, ensuring the wrists are surrounded and minimising the risk of injury as well as increasing the wearing comfort.
