How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

The ingenious design consists of a ventilated inner mesh material to promote comfort and breathability; mounted upon which, lies a series of unobtrusive vinyl covered EVA panels. The panels are all strategically sectioned to enable unrestricted, organic foot manoeuvrability whilst maintaining reassuring elements of both compression and safety. Dual function Velcro strapping around the ankle and elastic strapping across the arch area of the sole and the toes, guarantees keeping them in place throughout the rigors of training and through the most competitive of tournaments.
