How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Adidas AIBA headgaurd
really good headgaurd,great fit excellent adjustment and able to get the perfect fit would get 5 stars but I think the protection around the ears could benefit from an extra piece of protection / padding, but that is being very critical
