How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Ideal for competition, the reversible armour features blue spots on one side of the armour and red spots on the reverse. Secured at the back, the reinforced, adjustable hook and loop straps provide the perfect fit when worn. The resilient padding is covered in a strong Nama Hide™ leather, that's easy to wipe clean before and after use
