How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Adidas Junior WKF Club Karate Uniform 8oz
Excellent quality and very comfortable for training. Don't expect to hear a "snap" with kicks of punches as the material is too thin and light at 8oz. We have purchased a 180cm (adult), and 140cm and 130cm (junior).
