How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Great I love them
However we bought 2 sets and one stick has a significantly larger diameter so that's a bit dusappointing

20 Sticks delivered really quickly
The rattan sticks are light and smooth to hold for my 55years+ students I had bought the wrong sticks (double the weight) - my mistake. The Martial Art Shop collected and replaced the order within a matter of days. My students love them.
