How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

The main shaft is square in the middle tapering into round ends, with rounded handles. To correctly size your tonfa, it should be the same length as your arm (no more than an inch longer). Easy to wipe clean before and after use. Sold as a pair.
