How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Generally Speaking It's Good
For Stars only because of signs of rust where metal meets wood... but you can hardly notice, and it doesn't influence general performance, so I'm satisfied. Quality in general is good, since the rust stains are not on chains or main connection points.
