How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Well made
My third Makiwara (I have moved a lot) and my first wall mounting. Not quite sure how to locate it, but structure solid enough. Wall mounted Makiwaras will always be limited in terms of how many techniques you can practice on them.
