my son does kung fu,so needed a good gum shield,he hates to ware it,but it might stop his teeth being kicked,as with all items i have bought good quality.good service,thank you.
My son loved it as it's different from the other boring gum shields. He uses it for Karate. His club policy is non-contact sparring and still kids age range so it is good enough. But if you are playing rugby or boxing, this won't be safe enough to protect your teeth. Only my opinion though.
