How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Cold Steel rubber training knives have been carefully fashioned to look as realistic as possible so they can be effectively used in solo practice, training drills, disarm drills, and demonstrations and any other activity where you want a reasonably close approximation of realism but not the extreme danger and risk associated with an actual knife. The Santoprene rubber blades are soft enough to prevent the likelihood of most bodily injury. Cold Steel Training Knife
This has been an excellent training waster, both for reproducing WW2 knife training such as John Styers, and for general self-defence training against kniofe attack. The blade is strong enough for sparring, but not so firm that it can cause bruises when sparring or live training. Safe, strong and dependable. It's one of our go-to knife trainers at The Aisle O'var Academy of Arms.
