How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Tested and approved by the Official World Karate Federation (WKF). Suitable for National and International competition, as well as club use. Specifically developed for kumite practitioners, the Competition Lite Karate Suit includes the latest moisture management technologies. Ventilated shoulder, waist, hip, underarm and backside areas are designed to draw moisture away from the skin and be of great use in hot climates.
For maximum movement and comfort, the gi also incorporates a three-sectional gusset and a super-soft rippled interior, helping the material glide over the skin during intense training sessions. Trousers have an elastic/tie waist.
This lightweight suit allows you to personalise your own gi with club logos and associations. It is also 'pre-shrunk' for minimal shrinkage when washed. Belt not included. 100% polyester. 8oz.
