How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

'PRO-SPAR' LEATHER SPAR GLOVES - RED/WHITE
Hand stitched gloves constructed from beautiful soft, premium full grain leather hides.
They utilize not only a split colour thumb but also a split colour palm with contrast binding and stitching, gives these gloves a very striking professional design.
The extra wide hook and loop wrist closure system drops neatly between a pair of raised and padded 'safety bars' enabling the glove to be easy to put on and take off, whilst still providing excellent levels of wrist support.
The lining is made from a durable super soft moisture wicking material helping the gloves dry quickly between sessions.
It is unlikely that you would have ever placed your hands in a more comfortable pair of training or sparring gloves.
