How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Bought to replace ageing kit. Found that I wasn't allowed to use them in tournaments (WKSA), but were fine for training...and as I wont be doing tournaments in a while, that's no problem at all. Much less annoying than the bigger, heel-encapsulating, dipped-foam offerings, I'd use these all the time!
