Nunchaku are one of the most popular martial arts weapons today! Like many traditional weapons, they came from two different farming mechanisms - the muge (horse bridle) and a mechanism used to grind rice or grain. The nunchaku are capable of blocking and striking, as well as trapping and throwing. Easy to wipe clean before and after use.

    Good for beginner

    I'm a complete beginner so while I don't have anything to compare this to, I've found this product easy to use and develop my practice routine. The only slight downside is the black caps at the end occasionally fly off when practicing strikes, but I intend to glue these in. Great value for money though and the foam provides enough forgiveness for mistakes without compromising the feel

    Great quality product perfect for training up to the wooden ones. They have pretty good weight to them too so not too light to swing and get a good momentum going. The foam protection is still quite firm which is very ideal especially for beginners as it makes making mistakes painless but still packs quite a punch. Highly recommend and the colour is very slick too. Five stars Side note - the ball bearings are really seamless too giving them a really good none sticky spin.

    I bought these for my 9yr old son, he loves training with them and they are smooth to use for a foam set , and the bearings run really well too.

    Arrived within a few days. Seems like the ideal nunchuk for a beginner such as myself. I have not injured myself yet!
