Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the Manage Your Account menu.

Click the Return Item(s) button. enter the reason for returning items and the return action ie.exchange, store credit, refund etc. and click submit return request button.

Should you need to return merchandise, please return via your local post office. Always obtain a receipt and tracking number as proof of posting. Your statutory rights are unaffected. 
Note for larger items a courier may be more cost effective - please call the office for advice on sending back large bulky items.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
(Note - Gum Shields and Groin guards are not able to be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.)

You should expect to receive your refund / exchanged goods - within a few days of us recieving the returned items.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund / exchange - once we've received and processed the returned item.
