How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Hand protectors came within a couple of days of ordering.They are comfortable to wear and suitable for my martial arts needs- ju jitsu and karate.Really good value for money.

Protective clothing
Purchased 2x sets hand protectors and 2x sets of shin and instep protectors. Went for the old fashioned type . ( My Choice ) both are white elastic acted cotton and are fine. They do the job. The shin and instep are a little bulkier than I remember but both my granddaughter and myself are happy with the product both the quality and the price.
