I would have given 5 stars if there was a little more padding on the instep which is handy for sparring. Otherwise a good shoe for training on a hard floor or if you're like me and need to wear orthotics if you have over pronation of the feet. Good support and they look great. The top lace is a handy touch to keep them on even though they do have a nice snug fit. Quality martial arts shoe in my opinion.
awesome for training on hard floors in dojo. a little bit to grippy for kata practise is the only down side to these would highly recommend
