How to measureStand against a wall in bare feet and measure from the floor to the top of the head. Some suits also come in half sizes (3.5/165cm, 4.5/175cm and so on), which sit midway between the sizes above. Cotton suits shrink on a hot wash, so wash cold and hang to dry. If you're between sizes, size up.

Foam Nunchaks
Many years ago I had a cheap hollow plastic pair which were a bit too light to behave properly. You could feel them 'lagging.' These foam ones are a vast improvement. Heavy enough and substantial enough for meaningful practice, you'll know when you hit yourself, but light and soft enough not to do serious injury if you get a bit casual ;-) John

Nunchucks with cord.
Better than most on the internet. Durable material, strong inner rod and quality string. And it is thick. Only down side is that if you are an experienced nunchuck wielder and you are using advanced speed and power... You ever so slightly start to pull down the foam coverage, slowly exposing the base/top of the nunchucks. It isn't a major issue. Slightly annojing tough, but the product definitely worth its price.

Excellent for practicing & improving!
I've been practicing since I was young - now I'm 50 :)), have a hexagon wood one, but lately thought that I should learn couple more tactics, especially using 2 in the same time. It is amazing, you could hit yourself all day with it, a ball would hit you more powerful than this stick :))

excellent beginners tool
find it very easy to use and practise with, the chain is a bit noisy but it's a practise chuck!
