Best karate shoes I've found yet!

A good flexible shoe, not too much padding in the heel so doesn't feel clumpy. Like the ability to cinch the laces (note single hole only so not a true lace up which is to be expected). Buying guide says they come up small, not in my case, I'm a 10 and the 11 was loose so repurchased at the right size and they're very comfortable. Just right amount of grip to perform. Don't feel cheap like some other brands I've tried. Will buy again.

Great Tae Kwon Do shoes, just get a size bigger

Ordered these shoes because they have the same sole as my original TKD shoes which I ran into the ground and which were very good. I got a replacement pair of shoes elsewhere which looked like my original shoes but weren't - they had completely flat soles and were a nightmare in the dojang. After trying to turn and kick and the shoe sticking to the floor and me almost pulling a muscle I ordered these. They are not flat and only the front and back touch the floor so it's much easier to turn your standing leg. They're comfortable and solidly made. The sizing must be Korean though : I take a female size 6 street shoe but in Adidas TKD shoes I have to order size 7. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially anyone like me with a foot injury which means I have to keep my arch raised. If you take the thin insole out you can slip your orthopaedic insole in and keep the foot in position.
