Tiny but oh so tiring

Was looking for ways to increase my wrist strength and endurance and trust me when I say this does the job. Now looking at it you'd be forgiven for being somewhat reluctant and thinking how on earth this little ball can possibly give you a viable workout. It's inner workings basically make you spin a gyro either increasingly faster or at any pace you choose really. The resulting resistance you have to combat to stop your whole arm shaking about is quite amazing and what gives you the burn in you hand, wrist and forearm.
